Este documento desarrolla en el campo tributario lo previsto por la Estrategia de Inteligencia Artificial 2024 y se enmarca en la regulación a nivel europeo del Reglamento de Inteligencia Artificial. Supone una apuesta decidida por el uso de la inteligencia artificial, estableciendo una serie de compromisos, principios rectores, líneas de actuación y recursos necesarios.Summary: The Tax Agency, which currently carries out a growing use of artificial intelligence in the application of taxes, establishes its strategic vision in this area through the Tax Agency’s Artificial Intelligence Strategy, approved on May 27, 2024. This document develops in the tax field the provisions of the Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2024 and is framed in the regulation at the European level of the Artificial Intelligence Act. It assumes a decided commitment to the use of artificial intelligence, establishing a series of commitments, guiding principles, lines of action and necessary resources.
