Recientemente se ha publicado el borrador del Reglamento que desarrolla esta Ley en cuanto a las obligaciones de facturación electrónica. En este estudio se exponen las principales características, aportaciones y líneas de desarrollo del futuro sistema español de factura electrónica.Summary: Law 18/2022, of September 28, on the creation and growth of companies (commonly known as the Crea y Crece Law) introduced the obligation to issue, send and receive electronic invoices in B2B operations, as a tool to fight against commercial past due payments. A recent draft Regulation develops that Law regarding electronic invoicing. This article describes the characteristics, contributions, and shortcomings of the future Spanish electronic invoice system.
