La Ley 13/2023 introdujo una serie de medidas tendentes a incrementar las obligaciones de información por parte de los operadores de plataformas digitales. En este artículo abordaremos cuáles son estas obligaciones y a qué sujetos les aplican. Además, en el marco de la asistencia mutua esta Ley introduce una gran novedad sobre la regulación de inspecciones conjuntas por parte de funcionarios de varios Estados miembros. Se regulan cuáles son los derechos y garantías que deben preservarse en todo caso, así como el funcionamiento y desarrollo de estas actuaciones internacionales. La regulación de las inspecciones conjuntas entrará en vigor el 1 de enero de 2024, debiendo esperar a dicho momento para evaluar el efectivo desarrollo de dichas actuaciones.

In Law 13/2023 introduced a series of measures aimed at increasing the information obligations of digital platform operators.In this article we will address what these obligations are and to which subjects they apply.In addition, in the framework of mutual assistance, this Law introduces a great novelty regarding the regulation of joint inspections by officials from several Member States. It regulates what are the rights and guarantees that must be preserved in any case, as well as the operation and development of these international actions. The regulation of joint inspections will enter into force on January 1, 2024, having to wait for that moment to evaluate the effective development of said actions
