Estas han recibido una gran atención en los últimos años, desarrollándose una amplia gama de propuestas para gestionar las comunidades de energía. Además, se identifican las principales barreras regulatorias para el despliegue de las comunidades de energía renovable y se proponen mejoras tributarias para superarlas.Summary: Considering the relevance of the decarbonization of the power sector and contributing to further increase the penetration of renewables this paper summarizes the european regulation on self-consumption and renewable energy communities. It has received increased attention in recent years, developing a wide range of practices to manage community energy projects., Further, the main regulatory barriers for renewable energy communities’ rollout are identified and tax regulatory improvements are proposed to overcome them.
