Roberts Tracey Roberts Biography Tracey Roberts focuses her research in the areas of taxation, property, environmental law, and private governance systems. In her scholarship, Professor Roberts uses historical research, economic analysis, and tax policy and public finance tools to examine tax structures, environmental and land use regulation, and private governance systems. She has co-authored an edited volume, Tax Law and the Environment, with Professor Roberta F. Mann, at the University of Oregon. Her most recent articles have been published in the National Tax Journal, Northwestern University Law Review, the Washington and Lee Law Review, the University of California, Berkeley Ecology Law Quarterly, the Columbia Journal of Tax Law, the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law, the Pittsburgh Tax Review, and the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum.
