El artículo examina los principales usos de la automatización avanzada y de la inteligencia artificial en el sistema tributario italiano, ofreciendo referencias normativas, doctrinales y jurisprudenciales para una comparación exhaustiva. El artículo examina, en particular, las últimas innovaciones introducidas en el ordenamiento tributario italiano gracias a la inteligencia artificial, como el “acuerdo previo” bienal y el primer caso de atribución vinculante a los resultados de un procedimiento de inteligencia artificial generativa. Además de la contribución que la automatización y la inteligencia artificial aportan a la mejora de la eficiencia del sistema tributario italiano, el artículo también destaca los problemas que está provocando la difusión del uso de dichas técnicas, en particular en términos de transparencia de los algoritmos y protección de la confidencialidad de los datos personales. |

In addition to improving the system's efficiency, the study highlights the problems that the diffusion of AI in tax ma-tters is causing, particularly in terms of the transparency of decisions and the protection of privacy and personal data. |
