Se analizan en este estudio las consecuencias fiscales del arrendamiento con opción a compra que, junto con algunas figuras afines que se identifican por el autor del trabajo, suponen una clara alternativa a la hora de comprar o vender una vivienda. La complejidad que desde el punto de vista tributario presenta esta operación tanto para el arrendador-vendedor, como para el arrendatario-comprador venía demandando la sistematización que aquí se pretende, y que facilita comprender mejor los problemas con los que se enfrentan quienes suscriben este tipo de contratos. This study analyzes the tax consequences of leasing with a purchase option which, along with some related figures identified by the author of the paper, represent a clear alternative when buying or selling a home. The complexity that this operation presents from the tax point of view for both the lessor-seller and the lessee-buyer has been demanding the systematization that is carried out here, and that facilitates a better understanding of the problems faced by those who sign this type of transaction of contracts
