En este trabajo se analiza el impuesto valenciano sobre estancias turísticas, destacando su novedosa configuración, en cuanto es un impuesto autonómico propio, que permite a los municipios de su territorio establecer un recargo municipal sobre el mismo, sin contravenir el marco constitucional. This paper analyses the Valencian tax on tourist stays, highlighting its novel configuration, insofar as it is its own regional tax, which allows the municipalities of its territory to establish a municipal surcharge on it, without violating the constitutional framework.
