El autor pasa de nuevo revista al tema de la suspensión del acto impugnado, trayendo a colación las normas que se han ocupado del tema, entre otras la Ley 7/2012, de 19 de octubre y la Ley 11/2011, de 9 de julio. El trabajo examina tanto la suspensión en la vía económico-administrativa como en la jurisdiccional, destacando el enlace entre una y otra. The author returns to review the issue of the suspension of the challenged act, bringing up the rules that have dealt with the topic, among others the Act 7/2012, of October 19 and the Act 11/2011, of July 9. The contribution examines both the suspension in the economic-administrative level of appeal to contest and in the court proceeding, highlighting the link between one and the other.
