520			_aEl reciente Real Decreto 253/2025 de 1 de abril ha incrementado notablemente el alcance de la obligación de informar sobre las cuentas, operaciones y activos financieros. En este trabajo se recogen distintas novedades que comenzarán a aplicarse a partir de 2026, entre las que cabe destacar la obligación de informar acerca de la titularidad real de las cuentas, los pagos asociados a teléfonos móviles o las operaciones con todo tipo de tarjetas.
