520			_aEl derecho de buena administración está impregnando cada vez más la aplicación del ordenamiento tributario tanto por parte de la jurisprudencia europea como por la jurisprudencia española quien lo proyecta sobre otros ámbitos, como en la STS de 7 de marzo de 2023, conectándolo con el derecho a la tutela judicial efectiva. Por otra parte, el respeto al derecho de buena administración afronta nuevos retos como consecuencia de la utilización de algoritmos y sistemas de inteligencia artificial pues el inmenso potencial que la transformación digital aporta a las administraciones públicas y a los ciudadanos también puede suponer un riesgo de debilitamientos de los derechos y garantías que trabajosamente se han ido construyendo a lo largo del desarrollo del modelo del Estado de Derecho.
520			_aThe right of good administration is increasingly permeating the application of the tax law both by european jurisprudence and by Spanish jurisprudence which projects it on other areas, such as in the STS of march 7, 2023, connecting it with the right to effective judicial protection. Also, that right faces new challenges as a consequence of the use of algorithms and artificial intelligence systems since the great potential that digital transformation brings to public administrations and citizens can also pose a risk of weakening the rights and guarantees that have been built in the workplace throughout the development of the Rule of Law model.
