520			_aEl presente trabajo pretende efectuar un conjunto de reflexiones acerca de la importancia que presenta, en la actualidad, la eficacia y la eficiencia de la recaudación tributaria en el adecuado sostenimiento del Estado del Bienestar, proponiendo, a tales efectos, una serie de medidas, de diverso carácter, destinadas a mejorar ambas facetas de la referida recaudación, y ello tanto desde el plano normativo como aplicativo.
