520			_aEn este trabajo se analiza el impuesto valenciano sobre estancias turísticas, destacando su novedosa configuración, en cuanto es un impuesto autonómico propio, que permite a los municipios de su territorio establecer un recargo municipal sobre el mismo, sin contravenir el marco constitucional.
