520			_aEste trabajo analiza los incentivos fiscales al autoconsumo de energía solar fotovoltaica, en el contexto europeo y español de transición energética y del incremento de precios de la electricidad, con un enfoque multidisciplinar. Su principal objetivo es valorar si estos incentivos son o no necesarios y suficientes, examinando la actual regulación española y de la Unión Europea. En el análisis realizado, se tienen en cuenta experiencias del Derecho comparado y se consideran, especialmente, los objetivos de sostenibilidad medioambiental, económica y financiera, así como los principios de igualdad, capacidad económica y progresividad. Se llega a la conclusión de que es necesario revisar la regulación vigente y plantear si el conjunto regulatorio consigue su finalidad de una manera justa y efectiva.
520			_aThis paper analyzes, with a multidisciplinary approach, the tax incentives for photovoltaic power self-consumption in the European and Spanish context of energy transition conditioned by the increase of the electricity price. The main purpose of this paper is to assess whether or not these incentives are necessary and sufficient, examining the current Spanish and European Union law in this field. In the analysis carried out, different legal systems were compared, and environmental, economic and financial sustainability objectives, as well as the principles of equality, ability to pay and progressivity taken into account too. Thanks to all this we came to the conclusion that it is necessary to review the current regulation and decide if the current regulatory framework as a whole is fair and effective.
