520			_aEl presente trabajo tiene por objeto el explicar qué son los criptoactivos y, una vez conocida su realidad, detenerse en el estudio detallado de las obligaciones fiscales de los particulares por la compraventa, la tenencia y el intercambio de criptoactivos, operaciones que consideramos más usuales entre los particulares. Y todo ello, con el propósito de acercar a los particulares que son usuarios de criptoactivos a las obligaciones tributarias que les incumbe.
